3. Advertising and your consent

Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or the advertising ID to show ads based on your interests where the law allows and, where required, where you have consented. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices:

4. How we use and share information

We use the information above only to run the game: show and measure ads, save and sync your progress, and show the leaderboard. We share it only with the service providers that do this for us: Google (ads and sign-in) and Supabase Inc. (hosting our database). The leaderboard shows your display name (or "Anonymous Fish") and your total stars to other players. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. Data retention

Progress kept on your device stays until you clear the app's data, reset progress in Settings or uninstall the game. Data in our backend is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you ask us to delete it (see below). Google keeps advertising data according to its own policy.

6. Deleting your data and account

To delete your game account and everything stored about it in our backend (player ID, progress, stars, leaderboard entry and any linked Google account details), email support@mobigoal.com with the subject "Protect My Fish – delete my account". If you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google address so we can find your account; otherwise tell us roughly when you installed the game. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

To remove data stored only on your device, use Settings → Reset local progress in the game, clear the app's storage, or uninstall it.

7. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

All data sent between the game, Google and our backend is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to our backend is restricted so that each player can only read and change their own progress.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the game's store listing.
